Garza Blanca Residence Club members who love taking good care of themselves and dedicating time to their mind, body and spirit will be pleased to hear that the annual wellness event will return in December this year. Wellness 2018 will continue in a similar form to the previous editions, taking place over two weeks in December.
The annual wellness event is hosted by Spa Imagine and is dedicated to well-being and health, providing a host of activities, guest speakers and a special wellness package, the details of which will be announced in the coming weeks. Spa Imagine will be treating members and guests staying at Garza Blanca and Hotel Mousai to a series of workshops, talks, yoga lessons, meditation sessions and more. Many of the activities will be free of charge, although members will be able to purchase a special Wellness Package that will include additional privileges (details to be released soon).
Balance and Beauty
The events and activities on offer will all seek to inspire beauty, balance and health on both an inner and outer level. There will be a two week wellness program in December. The package will be guided on a daily basis, and will include includes wellness and nutrition workshops, dynamic lifestyle activities, a healthy menu, exercise routines and tools and takeaways to help attendees continue their healthy lifestyles at home.
Spa Imagine will also provide participants with a selection of customized treatments to enhance their wellness experience.
Members who do not purchase the package can still join in many of the open workshops and classes that are available without cost (subject to reservation and space permitting).
This year’s event promises to be equally, if not more, inspiring than last year’s event and will see the return of the Wellness Festival Day which is a special day dedicated to healthy lifestyles that will bring together expert thinkers, achievers and influencers related to
the field of wellness. More details about who will be joining this year’s event will be released in the coming months.
