Wishing you the very happiest of holidays and a prosperous New Year, Garza Blanca and Hotel Mousai’s General Manager, Eliezer Quinones has a special message for members.
“Season’s greetings to all our Garza Blanca Residence Club members. Wow! 2016 has been a wonderful year. Just last month I celebrated my first anniversary as General Manager of Garza Blanca and Hotel Mousai, and I can certainly tell you that I am very proud and honored to have the opportunity to lead such a wonderful team within such an incredible company. What has made it all the more inspiring is the interaction with our staff, who represent our most important resource and who are always striving to perfect the art of customer service and exceed expectations.
This year I have been really proud of the way our team has been able to establish loyalty with our members, not only in terms of customer service but in our ability to personalize experiences. We really go that extra mile to establish an emotional connection with our members. I always find it such a pleasure when our members share with me how much they love the staff. We truly aim to create memorable experiences that transcend generation after generation.
If there is one message I would like to share with our members as the year comes to a close, is that our main goal here at Garza Blanca and Hotel Mousai is that you really feel as though you have become part of the family, not only visiting us once or twice, but for years to come. Once you come into contact with Garza Blanca and Hotel Mousai, we want you to feel like you have truly come home. I know firsthand how Garza Blanca’s team works to make you feel welcome. In my first year here, I was welcomed with open arms.
I couldn’t be more grateful for how well our staff have really integrated me as their leader and vice versa so that we have been able to accomplish great things this past year, with many more exciting projects for 2017.
2016 has been an exciting year; we have enjoyed some great events, from June Wellness to Omakase to Made in Mexico. June Wellness was a month dedicated to wellbeing with guest yoga teachers, a vegan chef, guided meditations and more, while during Omakase we welcomed some of the United State’s top chefs specializing in Japanese cuisine who showcased their culinary arts accompanied by our own team in Hiroshi’s kitchen. Furthermore, Hecho en Mexico, our Made in Mexico event, was amazing as we were able to promote Mexican culture and invite local artists, musicians, dancers and vendors to join us to put on a wonderful show.
More recently, we contributed to Puerto Vallarta’s International Gourmet Festival, hosting renowned guest chefs at our restaurants on-site who shared their skills and expertise with our own talented team, exchanging tips and the latest trends within gastronomy while preparing unique menus for our diners. This was a really great event for all those food lovers that were in town during the month of November.
Another area that I am very pleased about is our customer satisfaction, with reports getting better year on year. And 2016 was no exception. Of course, there is always room for improvement, but certainly our commitment to our member’s experiences never falters. We are focused and concentrated on making sure that we not only meet expectations but exceed them.
Again, this has been a wonderful year, I am certainly looking forward to 2017. On behalf of the entire staff, I want to wish all of you Happy Holidays and a marvellous and prosperous new year. I pray that your wishes are fulfilled, for everyone. We are looking forward to seeing you in 2017 and more years to come.
Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Happy Holidays and a prosperous New Year!”
