Lemuria, the next project to be developed at Garza Blanca South
In our past newsletter, we talked about Lemuria Residences presales starting in December. They will be the next residential condominiums to be developed as part of the Garza Blanca South Master Plan, which comprises a development of 1,927 acres, of which only 8% will be developed, divided into two phases. The first phase of the development will be called “Garza Blanca South” comprised of 1,048 acres, of which only 79 acres will be urbanized; the remaining 969 acres will be preserved as an ecological reserve for hiking and exploration. The second phase, which runs along Los Arcos will be called “Garza Blanca Los Arcos”, and will include the remaining 879 acres for a development that is currently in blueprints. The Garza Blanca South Master Plan was designed by Gensler, a prestigious international architecture and urban planning firm, together with the efforts of our internal architecture and interior design department. It will take seven years to complete with a total investment of approximately $500 million USD. The Master Plan consists of 1,328 keys between beach hotels Villas de Montaña, La Garzetta hotel, Echoes Hotel, a boutique hotel, 2 condominium developments, single-family residences, a 23,000 square-foot spa, a treehouse development, another boutique hotel with panoramic views of the mountains, and Tierraluna.
